Help your student communicate with greater clarity and confidence in interviews and beyond.

When someone asks, “Tell me about yourself,” can your student explain what makes them who they are?

Their interests. Their character. Their perspective. The experiences that have helped them grow.

Join Ray Diffley for an interactive, 90-minute workshop designed to help students recognize their strengths and practice expressing them in their own voice.

6:00–7:30 PM Eastern · Live online
$99 per student · Limited to 20 students

Give them a skill they can carry forward by improving their Articulation Quotient (AQ®) now.

It's about more more than the interview.

A school interview may be the opportunity ahead. The ability to articulate yourself reaches much further.

Students use it when they ask a question in class, explain an idea, join a new community, or step into leadership.

Ray’s AQ®—Articulation Quotient—framework helps students connect self-understanding with clear, confident expression. Through reflection, examples, and guided practice, this workshop will give them a practical starting point for developing those habits.

Who is this for?

Students ages 12–19 who are:

  • Preparing for private day school, boarding school, or college interviews.

  • Getting ready for an internship, job, or leadership opportunity.

  • Working on expressing their ideas and strengths with greater confidence.

Students can join wherever they are in their development. Curiosity and a willingness to practice are the starting point.

What your student will work on

During the workshop, students will:

  • Recognize a personal strength and connect it with an experience that illustrates it.

  • Build a more meaningful answer to a familiar interview question.

  • Practice adding substance without losing their point.

  • Explore how to listen and connect, making an interview feel more like a thoughtful conversation.

  • Choose one communication habit to practice next, using the five AQ® principles.

The goal is to help students understand themselves more clearly and express the best of who they are.
