WHAT TO EXPECT
RD3 EDUCATIONAL ADVISING PROCESS
Our Comprehensive Service is unique and personalized for each student and family. We offer personalized guidance on educational paths, character strengths, and personal development.
Phase 1
Get to know the applicant & family, identify character strengths, define goals, and introduce Personal Development Plan.
Phase 2
Develop initial school list, schedule visits, and submit the candidate profile or Part 1 of the application.
Phase 3
Prepare for school visits with interview practice
(including AQ™) and development of character strengths & contributions.
Phase 4
Prepare applications—draft essays and parent statement, request teacher recommendations, and review drafts to meet deadlines.
Phase 5
Submit applications and support student through process to assist in a positive outcome.
Phase 6
Evaluate school options and collaborate to determine the best educational pathway forward.
Phase 7
Finalize their customized personal development plan and prepare for the next school.
